Just 3 Months on from the ground breaking Pubs Code, that was supposed to offer tenants a new dawn backed up with the principle of being no worse off than being tied and underpinned with the principle of Fair and Lawful dealing, where are we ?
We know where actually with 5 out of the 6 Pubcomapnies doing everything to subvert the Code and Admiral taverns only avoiding the critisism because as of yet they havnt got anyone going through the process
